My professional journey began in retail training and operations, where I worked as a full-time employee closely with frontline teams, store leadership, and business stakeholders. This early exposure grounded my understanding of people, performance pressures, and real-world business challenges.

Over time, my role evolved from operational training to facilitating soft skills, leadership development, and behavioral capability building. As organizations increasingly demanded data-backed decision-making, I expanded my expertise into data analytics—working across tools, dashboards, and insights that enable leaders to move from intuition to evidence-based action.

Today, my work spans the full spectrum—from behavioral science and leadership frameworks to IT, data engineering, and Generative AI. This cross-functional evolution allows me to design learning interventions that are human-centered, technology-enabled, and aligned with the future of work.

As the Founder of SilverSun Consultant, I remain personally involved in program design and delivery, partnering with organizations to build sustainable capability, digital confidence, and measurable business impact.
